In October, Schad Refractory selected two employees for their hard work and dedication. Brad Shoff’s upbeat mentality and willingness to put in extra effort earned him a spot in Schad’s Employee of the Month roster.
During a recent project, Brad had to wake up very early to make a few runs on last minute deliveries; this helped our job finish on time as a result.
Brad takes every situation in stride and never complains about the task at hand. He knows what needs to be completed in order for our jobs to be successful. He understands that this is critical to helping us be a top-tier refractory company.
In addition to being a hard worker, Brad always keeps morale up by cracking jokes and making work more enjoyable for everyone. Everyone enjoys coming to work when they are having a good time. It helps productivity as well because people are working in unison with one another – as a team.
Brad has been with Schad Refractory for two and a half years. Throughout that time, he’s expanded his skills and continues learning from fellow employees. We love having Brad as a part of our family-oriented business, and look forward to working with him for many more years.
