Greg Saucier has been with the Schad Refractory team for 35 years. In that time, he has become an essential member of our team and continuously acts as a great example for all of his co-workers. Greg does not complain when things get tough and project demands are high. He does what it takes to complete projects above all expectations.

2. What is your favorite part about your job?
The people you work with and the sense of accomplishment when you finish the job.
3. Who at Schad has taught you the most?
Everyone is retired now but you can learn something from anyone any day.
4. What do you think contributes most to a safe work environment?
Awareness and being around others who are looking out for each other.
5. What lessons have you learned while working at Schad?
Be on time and work hard.
6. What advice do you have for future Schad candidates?
Watch, learn, and listen.
7. What do you like to do outside of work?
Travel.
8. If you could learn anything, what would it be?
To fly.
9. If you could go to one concert, past or present, which would it be?
Woodstock.

Travel.
