Nick Petito Schad's February Employee of the Month

Although Nick started at Schad only 7 months ago, his willingness to go anywhere and do any job, big or small, at a moment’s notice has earned him the honor of Schad’s “Employee of the Month.” Nick enjoys working with his fellow employees and he likes that his job allows him to do new things. However, you only have to show him what you want to be done once. Nick’s attention to detail of any installation is always of the highest quality and is surpassed by none.

Nick is as committed to safety as he is to quality, two of Schad’s main values. He is very knowledgeable about most types of installations and brings a lot of years of knowledge with him to every job site. Nick is constantly looking out for his fellow workers and is always bringing new ideas to the table if he thinks there is a better or safer way to do something. He is truly dedicated to both his fellow workers and the company at all times.
