Ann is October’s Employee of the Month because she always takes pride in her work and it shows. She is fun to have around the office and is social and gets to know everybody. Her role as Compliance Coordinator requires her to be involved with each area of the company including project managers, field staff, fabrication shop employees, and drivers and she shares her positive attitude with each group. Ann never says, “That’s not my job,” she is willing to help no matter what needs to be done.

3. What do you think contributes most to a safe work environment?
I think that communication and accountability contribute to a safe work environment.
5. What lessons have you learned while working at Schad?
Go with the flow, things can change very quickly.
6. What advice do you have for future Schad candidates?
My advice is to be dependable and always proactively look for ways to improve your workflow.
7. What do you like to do outside of work?
Spend time with my family and friends.
8. If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do?
Go on a nice vacation!
