Tim is a long-time Schad employee and November’s Employee of the Month! His dependability, strong work ethic, and versatile skill set make him a valuable tradesman. Tim is fun to work with and has a good attitude. He is never shy to intervene with a co-worker when it comes to safety and production on job-sites. He has the knowledge, skills, and “tricks of the trade” that only come with extensive experience.

I have been with Schad since 1996.

Rick LeMarbe.
3. What is your favorite part about your job?
I like demolition and operating equipment.
4. What do you think contributes most to a safe work environment?
Communication with the crew and knowing what hazards we may encounter.

I have learned self-discipline and to always stay safe.
6. What advice do you have for future Schad candidates?
Work hard and be on time!

Hunting and mud bogging.

9. If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do?
I would buy a new race car.
