Brandon Gray and Tyler Jacobs understand the importance of not letting the team down. They see the big picture of what we are trying to accomplish at Schad and understand how important it is to focus on solutions, rather than problems. They both understand that they have room to grow and they are good at looking to the veterans of the company to help them grow as employees to further build their skills.

Tyler has learned a lot about how the warehouse runs in the 18 months he has been here at Schad. He plays an active role in loading jobs efficiently and minimizing mistakes. He responds quickly to a constantly changing work environment and communicates problems quickly so we can make corrections before they affect our construction projects. Recently, Tyler took on the challenge of acquiring a commercial driver’s license (CDL-A) which allows him to drive any truck in our fleet.

Brandon is our newest member of the warehouse team and has really grown into an important part of our company. He has a great attitude, never complains, and is always available when we need him. He has started taking on more challenging cartage runs to help our company meet our customer’s needs.
