As Schad’s Accounts Receivable Manager, Leslie ensures timely and accurate management of receivables. Her position requires her to be directed by several managers, making her excellent at prioritizing all of her tasks and keeping on track throughout the workday. 1. How long have you worked with Schad?
A little over 4 years.
2. What is your favorite part about your job?
The ability to see the outcome of my work and working with a team that has a common goal. My personal values align closely with the values of Schad.
3. Who at Schad has taught you the most?
Ann Varbanov. She trained me when I first came to Schad to not only cover her position during maternity leave but also my position as well. So, it was a plethora of information that I had to digest.
4. What do you think contributes most to a safe work environment?
Awareness of your surroundings and having the ability to understand how your decisions and awareness will affect the team.
5. What lessons have you learned while working at Schad?
The advantages of partnership. When there is a shared burden, productivity increases. Teamwork provides mutual encouragement and accountability.
6. What advice do you have for future Schad candidates?
Make sure that you are ready to be a part of a team. Working together fosters growth and enables individuals to fulfil their roles and contribute to the company goals as well.
7. What do you like to do outside of work?
Spend time with my family and friends. Travel and serve at my church.

How to speak a few foreign languages.

Donate to my church. Then pay all my debt.
