February’s Employee of the Month is Mike Burak. Since he joined Schad,
Mike has consistently proven that he is dedicated to his team and getting all projects done on time. He is always looking for an opportunity to diversify his skillset and improve his understanding of refractory materials and applications.
Mike enjoys the challenges that come with all of Schad’s projects. He consistently seeks out ways to make his department and the people he works with more valuable to the company.
Mike is a proud veteran with a strong commitment to Schad’s culture, safety, and its mission. We are proud to “salute” him as the Schad employee of the month.
