Erin Donovan has earned the honor of the Schad “Employee of the Month” for many reason, and we truly appreciate his continued efforts to make the Schad team great. Every day, he shows dedication to safety and quality, which are both strong Schad values. He’s constantly growing and improving his Fab Shop technical knowledge and skills. And, Erin is always providing outstanding customer service for the company.
In the more than three years that Erin has been a part of the Schad team, his skills and expertise continuously grow as does his dedication to quality work. Erin’s dependability and technical competency are second to none. His “can-do” attitude helps motivate those around him, and his dedication to safety complement the team each and every day.

What do you like most about working at Schad?
The variety of work that comes in every week. We are always working on something different.
What is your favorite part about your job?
The welding.
How has Schad helped your career development, and what are your future career goals?
I have gained leadership skills and experience. Having the annual trainings help keep me current on these skills.
How would you describe the Schad culture?
Family orientated. Having the luncheons and trainings are good team-building activities.
What is your fondest memory of working at Schad?
When I first started, it was new and exciting.
What advice do you have for future Schad candidates?
Always focus on your work, and do not keep your hands in your pockets.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I like to go paintballing and hang out with my family.
What is something unique about you?
I can draft architectural and construction drawings.
