January 10, 2016

Jim Saucier Schad's January Employee of the MonthThis month we are proud to honor 20-year veteran Jim Saucier as our Employee of the Month. Jim faces each day at Schad head-on and loves the constant new challenges. Jim says, “Even working at the plant, area, or task, there are always different obstacles, problems and new challenges that arise.”

Jim is dedicated to his craft and focuses on keeping everyone safe on the job. His willingness to try new ideas and keep his team motivated help drive the best installations possible. Jim is known to always go above and beyond to get the job done safely and properly.

Jim notes that it is his fellow team members at Schad that he enjoys most about the company, remarking that they are some of the most talented in the business. He should say that because two of those co-workers are his brothers, whom he always enjoys time on the job with!
