1. How long have you worked with Schad?
2 years 😊 I was hired in June of 2024.
2. What is your favorite part about your job?
The room for learning and growth.
3. Who at Schad has taught you the most?
Ann Varbanov, Leslie Lothridge, & Ross Lee.
4. What do you think contributes most to a safe work environment?
Communication.
5. What lessons have you learned while working at Schad?
Many! Most of my immediate co-workers are a couple years ahead of me in life. I get lessons daily through conversation.
6. What advice do you have for future Schad candidates?
Don’t hesitate to ask as many questions as you need to feel confident in doing your job.
7. What do you like to do outside of work?
I love to spend time outside with family and friends. I also enjoy art and crafting.
8. If you could learn anything, what would it be?
I would love to learn to play the piano.
9. If you could go to one concert, past or present, which would it be?
I would go to one of The Beatles first shows.
10. If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do?
I would build an elaborate tree house.
