Image of Delray Washington of Schad Refractory This month we are honoring Delray Washington as Schad’s Employee of the Month. Delray is one of Schad’s hardest working employees. His flexible and roll with the punches mentality makes him perfect for this industry. No matter the project, Delray keeps his cool and is quick to react. He always takes the extra steps to ensure that a job is done correctly the first time.

While the day to day activities and tasks in Schad’s warehouse may seem small and insignificant, if a little thing is not done correctly, it can affect the success of our business. Delray understands this, and it makes him very good at his job.

I’m good at multi-tasking.

8. If you could go to one concert, past or present, which would it be?
