Since July 2015, Keith Hardnett has brought a great attitude and optimism to Schad. He is constantly boosting the morale of the warehouse staff because he is such a fun person to be around. No matter what kind of day he is having, he can always get people smiling and laughing.
Keith also consistently comes into work with a “can-do” attitude, which speaks to his dedication to Schad. He puts in the time that’s required of him and goes above and beyond what it takes to get the job done successfully. An experienced flatbed driver, Keith is always willing to learn more when working in the warehouse.
Keith’s determination and good mood does not go unnoticed. His positive attitude and reliability is why Schad would like to honor him as this September’s Employee of the Month.

1. What do you like most about working at Schad?
I like driving the truck and being on the road.
2. How has Schad helped your career development, and what are your future career goals?
Schad has helped me get further in life. My goal is to get as much experience as possible.

It is fair.
4. What do you like to do outside of work?
Hangout with my kids.
5. What is something unique about you?
I’m left handed.

Ice Cube.
