Charles Janow is Schad’s Employee of the Month because of his dedication to safety 
and quality of workmanship. Throughout Charles’ tenure at Schad he has provided outstanding customer service on behalf of the company and brings his “can-do” attitude to the workplace on a daily basis.
Another great thing about Charles is that he can be depended on to accomplish any project assigned to him. He constantly searches for new workload challenges and is always meeting or exceeding the established work standards.

1. What do you like most about working at Schad?
Being able to fabricate and build different things.
2. How has Schad helped your career development, and what are your future career goals?
Schad has helped me get more experience fabricating and learning about refractory. I want to continue to learn and gain more experience.
3. How would you describe the Schad culture?
Friendly.
4. What do you like to do outside of work?
I like to spend time with my family, hunt, and fish.
5. What is something unique about you?
I’m good at building things.
6. If you could go to one concert, past or present, which would it be?
Ted Nugent.
7. If given the chance, who would you like to be for a day?
Robert De Niro.
8. What advice do you have for future Schad candidates?
Work hard and be on time.
